Refund & Return Policy
At Solviyoo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. 5-Day Return Window
You have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition as you received it.
In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Easy Doorstep Pickup
We make returns hassle-free by arranging the pickup for you:
Step 1: Email us at support@solviyoo.com with your Order ID and a photo of the product.
Step 2: Once your request is approved, we will schedule a pickup through our Logistic Partner.
Step 3: A courier agent will arrive at your doorstep to collect the package. You don't need to go anywhere!
3. Damages and Issues
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@solviyoo.com so we can solve the problem right away.
4. Exchanges
The fastest way to get a new item is to return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, you can simply place a new order for the replacement.
5. Refunds
Inspection: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item.
Approval: Once approved, we will process your refund immediately.
Payment Method: * Prepaid Orders: Refunded to your original payment method.
COD Orders: We will contact you for your UPI ID or Bank Details to securely transfer the refund
Timeline: Most refunds reflect in your account within 7-10 business days.
